Three film series, one sheet-fed cutter
F100 for foldable screens, F300 hydrogel for curved glass, F500 for EPU and TPU finishes. All three arrive as flat sheets, so the blade cuts a device shape from a template instead of a warehouse full of pre-cut stock.

One range, three different jobs
The series boundary follows the device and the construction, not the finish. A shop can stock one sheet size and still cover phones, tablets and foldables.
F500
EPU and TPU constructions with pressure, privacy, anti-blue and electroplated options.
Flat stock, quoted by the sheet
There is no roll width and no metre count. The cutter takes one blank sheet at a time and cuts the outline the template calls for.
| Phone sheet | 120 × 180 mm |
|---|---|
| Tablet sheet | 200 × 300 mm |
| Supply form | Flat sheet, never a roll |
| Pack quantity | 50 sheets per box |
| Minimum order | 100 sheets |
| Other formats | Confirmed per order on the quotation |
Sheet availability differs by series. Check the series page for the formats it supports, and match the sheet width to the cutter before stocking it.
What the letters in a film code mean
The same letters appear across F300 and F500. The base code names the series; the suffix names the finish or the construction.
| HD | Clear, high-definition surface |
|---|---|
| M | Matte / anti-glare |
| B | Anti-blue light |
| S | Privacy, narrow viewing angle |
| AF | Electroplated finish |
| AS | Pressure-resistant construction |
| K | Antibacterial |
| R | Reinforced variant |
| Plus | Electroplated version of the base film |
| T | Printable back-skin stock (F300T) |
Film and cutter are set up together
Factory parameters are pre-tuned for Purcell film, which is the quickest way to a first good cut. The material is not locked: set the parameters once on a third-party sheet and the machine keeps cutting it.
- No per-cut charge and no subscription gate on the film
- Sheet stock covers many device models instead of one SKU each
- Templates update as new devices are released

Which series fits the work you do
Do I need a different cutter for each series?
No. All three are flat sheet stock for the same blade cutters. The exception is the M40, which applies film automatically and is not used with foldable screens.
Can I mix series in one order?
Yes. Tell us the finishes and sheet sizes you want and we will quote them together. The 100 sheet minimum is counted across the order.
Is the film pre-cut to phone models?
No. It arrives blank and the cutter cuts the outline from a template, so one box of stock covers a whole device range.
