We supply hydrogel and TPU film, and the machines that cut it. This page is about the part of the business that decides how you buy — the film, the template library and what happens to your machine if you ever stop paying for it.
Soft film is cut on tension, not on pressure
A hardness film takes 1500 g of pressure and holds its edge. A hydrogel sheet takes far less — push it like tempered glass and it stretches, lifts and leaves a wave along the cut. So the machine is set up the other way round: light blade pressure, controlled feed, and a cut speed slow enough that the sheet never gets dragged.

No film lock-in, no charge per cut
The three things buyers ask before they ask about specifications are: can I use my own film, do you charge me for every cut, and what happens if I stop paying. Here are the answers, in the order people ask them.
- Your film is fine. Third-party stock works. Our film is simply pre-calibrated — set the parameters once for another supplier's sheet and the machine cuts it the same way.
- Cuts are unlimited. Nothing is counted, nothing is metered.
- The template subscription covers year one. It renews from year two, and the rate comes from your sales contact rather than a price list.
- Stop paying and the machine still cuts. Templates you have already downloaded stay on the machine permanently. You lose new-model updates, not the ability to work.
Same factory as the rest of Purcell
The machines ship from our own plant in Longgang District, Shenzhen, where the control boards, the harness and the final calibration happen in the same building. Film is cut to order from the same stock we supply to distributors, so a film complaint and a machine complaint land on the same desk instead of bouncing between two suppliers.
