Privacy Policy
This site asks for very little and keeps even less. What follows is the exact list, including the outside services your message passes through on its way to a sales desk in Shenzhen.
Updated 27 October 2026
01What the form sends us
The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, country or region, the interest you pick, and the device range and volume you type in. Only your name and email are required — leave the rest empty if you would rather not say.
Our hosting provider separately logs the usual request data — IP address, browser, the page you arrived from — for security and for counting traffic. Those logs are not joined to the form, so nobody here reads them next to your name.
02Why we hold it
To answer the enquiry: quote a cutter, name the film for it, or tell you honestly that this is not a job for us. That is the end of the list.
It does not go on a mailing list, it is not sold or rented, and it is not used to follow you around with advertising afterwards. You will not get a second email from us asking whether you are still interested.
03Who handles it
The form is relayed by Web3Forms, which passes the message to our sales mailbox and keeps a copy for a limited period. Mail then runs on a standard business mail provider. Both act on our instructions and neither may use your details for its own purposes.
Nothing else on this site talks to a third party. The fonts, the stylesheet and the scripts are served from this domain, not from a CDN or a font host.
04Cookies and tracking
No analytics, no advertising cookies, no pixels, no tag manager, no session recording. We do not know which pages you read before you wrote to us, unless you tell us.
Our CDN may set one short-lived security cookie to tell a browser from a bot. It is not shared with anyone and it says nothing about what you were looking at.
05How long we keep it
An enquiry stays while the conversation is open, and while any machine or film order that came out of it is still under warranty — a claim is hard to handle if the original message is gone. After that we keep only what accounting rules require us to keep alongside the invoice. Ask earlier and we will delete the enquiry itself.
06What you can ask for
Write to marketing@purcellcutting.com and say what you want: a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We answer within 30 days, in English.
07Where it is processed
The form relay and the mail provider sit outside mainland China; the sales desk that actually reads your message is in Shenzhen. Sending the form means your message travels to those services so that a person here can reply to it.
08Who is responsible
Shenzhen Purcell Haina Technology Co., Ltd, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. You can also reach the same team at +1 626 742 4828, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled your details badly, you may complain to your national data protection authority; we would rather you told us first.
