F100 Foldable-Screen TPU Film
A soft TPU sheet cut to the outline of a foldable display. It flexes at the hinge instead of bridging it, and it goes into the cutter as a flat blank — not as a pre-cut part number for every phone.

The hinge is the part a rigid protector cannot follow
A foldable screen bends every time the phone closes. A rigid protector sits across that bend and lifts at the crease; a TPU sheet bends with it. F100 is a soft film, not a UV-cured hard protector.

HD clear or matte
Both finishes run on the same sheet and the same cutting parameters. Only the top surface changes, so a shop does not need a second machine setup.

Sheet sizes for foldable devices are quoted against the device list you run. We do not publish a single size for every foldable model.
Cut it on a flat-bed cutter, apply it by hand
F100 is fed into the cutter as a sheet, with the feed-direction mark leading. The cut outline comes from the template library; the film is then positioned on the device by hand.

Questions that come up with foldables
Can F100 be applied by the M40 in one pass?
No. The M40 aligns, laminates and cures automatically and is not used with foldable phones. Cut F100 on MINI8, SM310, SP310 or SP390 and apply it by hand.
Is this a UV-cured hard film?
No. F100 is a self-adhesive TPU soft film. A rigid, UV-cured protector is the wrong construction for a screen that folds at the hinge.
Does one sheet fit every foldable phone?
The blank sheet is cut to the device outline from a template, so one box of stock covers many models. Sheet size depends on the device list you run and is confirmed on the quotation.
Can I use film from another supplier?
Yes. Purcell film is pre-tuned rather than locked. Set the material parameters once on a third-party sheet and the cutter keeps using them.
