One pass, four steps
The M40 does what two machines normally do: the outline is cut, the film is laid and pressed automatically, and UV curing sets the edges on the same bed. The air pump holds the sheet flat while the blade runs.

What does cut-and-apply actually do?
The machine cuts the film to the device template, positions it on the vacuum stage and laminates it onto the protector with UV curing — one continuous operation.
Which films does it support?
Hydrogel, UV-curable and TPU film. Cutting parameters follow the material you select.
Can it handle tablets and curved screens?
Yes. It takes devices up to a 12.9 inch tablet, and the vacuum stage follows curved edges and waterfall displays.
